Get Start

To use WebDFF, register an account. The required information are:

• Name and job title
• Affiliation (school/company and department/division)
• Email address
• Phone number
• User category (academic, commercial, government labs)

The system will send you a link to verify your email and setup a password. You can change the password at anytime. Your privacy is protected, we will not release our data to any third party.

Once registered, the program can be used from your Browser. You need to prepare an input file of molecular model, in MOL2 or PDB format, and decide the simulation engine (GROMACS or LAMMPS), and the force type to use. For details, see Tutorial.
